Today, we wanted to introduce one of our idgroupers, Mallory Higgs, so you can learn more about our team members.

Hometown: Mobile, Alabama
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Mobile and have lived in Alabama for most of my life, with the exception of the time I spent in Germany studying abroad and working for Apple in Atlanta, Georgia.
What is your favorite thing about the community where you live?
I currently live in Spanish Fort, Alabama. I love living on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay because I’m close to the beach, but still near family and friends in Mobile.
What do you do at idgroup?
Account Management, Project Management & Creative.
How long have you been with idgroup?
7 months.
What certain core values do you have in common with idgroup?
Continuous Learning and Curiosity. There are so many amazing cultures in the world that we can learn from. We’d be missing out on our new favorite thing if we didn’t keep exploring new places, experiencing new things, meeting new people, and pushing out of our comfort zone.
What is your guiding principle / motto in life?
Life’s too short to wear matching socks. Mix it up a little.
What is your favorite hobby?
Traveling the world with my husband and recreating our favorite cocktails when we get home. While traveling, I love to see and experience creative marketing and advertising work along the way.
Tell me about your family.
Husband, Brandon, dog, Bailey and cat, Emma. They like to pretend they are rivals but everyone knows they are secretly best friends!
What kind of community involvement you had in the past?
When I worked in Alabama prior to joining idgroup, I was actively involved in the American Advertising Federation of Mobile Bay. I served on the board for multiple years as Secretary and American Advertising Award chair.
