Danielle brings years of experience working for a major foodservice management company to help us oversee all Branding from the Core^© projects from start to completion as Project Manager.

1. What is your favorite part about working with idgroup?

I am surrounded by a team of professionals who are dedicated, passionate, and some of the best in the business. Each day I am learning something new from my counterparts. Confucius once said, "If you are the smartest person in the room, then you are in the wrong room."

2. Tell us what went through your mind when you first found out that you were chosen as a Rising Star.

I was caught off guard as it was unexpected. There are so many talented young professionals in the Pensacola area that I feel are much "cooler" than me. Although I was surprised, I also felt very honored to have been chosen as a member of the 2018 Rising Star class.

3. Where or how do you find inspiration in your work?

Usually my best ideas come to me during moments I am most relaxed- taking my dogs for a walk, paddle boarding at the beach or on a long run.

4. What’s your greatest passion?

I am passionate about making a difference whether it's at work or in my personal life. I want to look back on my life an feel fulfilled and know that I made an impact on my community.

5. What three items could you not live without?

My family, friends, and gym membership. All three connect me to a group of people that love and push me to be the best version of myself.

Coming from the world of digital marketing, Erin joins our team as Digital Manager, having worked for an Orlando-based digital agency for several years and helping her clients to achieve maximum online exposure and conversions.

1. What is your favorite part about working with idgroup?

I enjoy the diversity in the types of client and company projects, and also the overall “energy” of the company. I’m lucky enough to have joined a very talented, witty, energetic and caring group, who have created a type of environment where people thrive. I look forward to learning and collaborating with my coworkers.

2. Tell us what went through your mind when you first found out that you were chosen as a Rising Star.

“What’s Rising Star?” Come to find out, this local award presented by Independent News actually began more than a decade ago and has recognized hundreds of winners throughout the years. I am excited to have be included in this group.

3. Where or how do you find inspiration in your work?

I’m inspired daily by all types of people really pushing the limits and making things happen. Work inspiration doesn’t boil down to a single or even a few sources for me, it comes unexpectedly from reading, seeing, listening and doing things outside my usual “bubble.”

4. What’s your greatest passion?

Experiences. I love to travel, to meet new people and new places, listen, learn and share. I try to experience everything within my reach. And then reach further.
